    Occasionally, port-in requests are turned down by service providers because of strange problems. It would be convenient for the portal to advise the user upon entry that the request needs to be divided into several rate center groups or calls for specific data.

    Pricing is rigid, and they don’t understand the needs of a startup. There was absolutely no flexibility when we had to migrate numerous numbers from other providers. I’ve been waiting a month for a response to a pricing-related ticket, and I’m still waiting.
