VinSolutions is a fantastic CRM system for any automobile business. It’s excellent since it’s really dealer-specific. It certainly does the job, but the design and technology could be a little bit more updated.
A job is slightly easier to complete with the latest update, but it takes longer for the window to open and load all the client information. And occasionally, the client information isn’t fully loaded. Instead of scanning vin, saving, and then returning inside to move the customer trade information to first glance, I would really want to do it from my phone.
