    It was a wise decision to go from a physical phone line to VOIP with Vonage a few years ago. During the move and initial setup, their customer care was helpful, but with time, the assistance and service declined.

    The Do Not Disturb feature is ineffective. When I was away from work, I tried to use this feature, but I still got messages throughout the day. This meant that if I needed a break from the constant stream of messages from clients, I would have to physically log out of the app.
