    Infinity is a premium solution, but I’m not sure if the prices are justified. Barring voicemail, everything else is way more expensive that with analogs. I’m not sure it’s worth it.

    Infinity isn’t cheap by any stretch of the imagination, but it does deliver. The software quality is great – no glitches found during a year of operation – and the same can be said about the customer support and unique tools that come along.

    Solid account management, smooth integration, advanced features. The only fly in the ointment is the price, but we can live with that considering the quality of the software. By the way, our account manager is flawless. Knowledgeable, attentive to details, and sociable, being able to break down complex problems into an understandable step-by-step guide.
