The pricing model with Ooma may seem unfamiliar, as there’s no information as to the price per call, phone number, and voicemail, but that’s because Ooma’s plans are all-inclusive. For example, for $19 per month, you get the full functionality for 10 users, and you can add extra users for $5 per month per user.

< class="mt0 mb0">Ooma.com: Market Share and Growth Trends

Ooma’s chief executive officer, Eric Stang, noted that the company had strong results for the second quarter, with revenue up 12% year over year to $52.7 million, improved gross margins, and solid non-GAAP net income. “Ooma’s investment in new features for Ooma Office, market and channel development for Ooma Enterprise, international expansion to serve a large multinational customer, and the development and Q2 launch of AirDial all contributed to growth. These programs, in our opinion, form a potent moving forward approach. The acquisition of Junction Networks Inc., doing business as OnSIP, by Ooma, is another exciting development that I’m happy to share. It is anticipated that this purchase would start to contribute value to Ooma starting in the fourth quarter of this year, adding about 50,000 additional corporate users. I’m happy to welcome every one of OnSIP’s staff members to the Ooma family.

Ooma assists clients in setting up a whole phone system with a free plan and reasonable costs for more feature-rich options. You receive the necessities, such as voicemail, call forwarding, and call blocking, in addition to a number of extra options that let you customize the system to meet your unique requirements.

We adore Ooma for small to medium-sized businesses without IT departments, especially those that still need to utilize desk phones sometimes. If that is your circumstance, you will value Ooma’s simple setup process and its ability to create a bespoke phone system that works equally well with traditional landlines, IP phones, and mobile devices.

Ooma Office is a fantastic office phone system; it has all the capabilities we need, and they keep adding new ones that are really helpful to our company. I would unquestionably suggest them to any company, whether it is new or established, small or huge. It is reasonably priced as well. You won’t be sorry if you test Ooma Office.

Ooma is one of the top call tracking software out there. The transition to Ooma was my wisest choice ever. Everything was straightforward and quick to set up from start to finish. The brand-new Yealink T27G phones are fantastic. For us, this was a major improvement. Ooma’s customer support is excellent; there is always a person available to speak with, and they are very helpful. Since switching, we added a second line, and the process was really straightforward. The financial reduction over what we were paying, in the end, just makes it better. We were paying for three phone lines and a fax line, so switching to Ooma was well worth the cost reduction. I’d strongly advise switching to Ooma Office.
