Phonexa is an all-in-one solution for tracking, distributing, and analyzing inbound and outbound calls to enhance marketing campaigns, optimize the customer journey, and ultimately close more sales over the phone. One of all the industry leaders and pioneers, Phonexa has drawn hundreds of thousands of customers to a variety of businesses across the globe.
Converting quality call leads and increasing scalability become possible with Phonexa’s cutting-edge technologies – Call Logic, LMS Sync, Cloud PBX, Lynx, and E-Delivery — which all integrate to allow marketers to track, analyze, and adjust their lead generation efforts across the board. Equally beneficial for small and big-scale companies, Phonexa makes call processing easy and a pleasure for any marketer.
With tons of data collected even before a call is answered, Phonexa’s comprehensive suite of solutions makes it easier to satisfy the caller, whether when consulting or selling a product. This process results in a much more effective marketing strategy which will yield long-standing success.
Price-performance ratio is one of the top factors to consider when enrolling in a call tracking program. Every business tries to extract as much value as possible at minimal cost, and this is where Phonexa shines. With three different suites up for grabs – Lite, Premium, and Enterprise – and both inbound and outbound call tracking as cheap as $0.03 per minute, any business can choose a plan that fits their budget.
In comparison with other call tracking providers, Phonexa wins in every aspect which indicates the company’s absolute superiority when it comes to processing a large volume of calls.
The ‘meta’ prefix is all the rage now, and Phonexa keeps up with the times, enjoying the highest rating across four review behemoths – Capterra, G2, Trustpilot, and Trustradius. All four review platforms rate Phonexa at an impressive average mark of 4.79, higher than CallRail, CallTrackingMetrics, and Ringba. By delivering a highly trusted product – or a suite of products in this instance – Phonexa prioritizes user experience and integrity of its services above anything else.
Being all-encompassing means having all the tools required to track the customer journey through and through, from the moment prospects see your advertisement up until they purchase your product and become loyal brand advocates. And this is exactly what Phonexa does with the help of its eight marketing tools and features.

Likewise, Phonexa’s features can easily integrate into Google Analytics, Salesforce, or in-house databases where valuable data can be extracted for further analysis. By collecting as much data as possible – and this, given the abundance of interactions, is a great deal of information – Phonexa allows marketers to target campaigns more precisely and thereby get a substantial increase in ROI.
The call tracking market might be new, but it’s already unstoppable. With quite a few competitors fighting for the spotlight, you have to walk fast, if not run, to stay afloat. Call tracking is a new weapon for many businesses and Phonexa is leading the pack, enabling more effective marketing in dozens of industries, including insurance, finance, and home services.
With 20,000 to 30,000 monthly visitors — two to three times more than CallTrackingMetrics and Invoca have — Phonexa is outpacing the competition and constantly growing, attracting more and more businesses as they realize how important it is to track calls and leads.

It goes without saying that Phonexa isn’t the only call tracking solution. Before making your final decision, it would be worth researching at least a dozen more companies — most of which are reviewed on our website. In the upper ‘All Call-Tracking Services’ menu, you can find detailed reviews on nine major call tracking providers, including the aforementioned CallTrackingMetrics, Invoca, CallRail, and Ringba.
I do agree the value for money is decent for Phonexa – even great I would say – but I wasn’t even looking for the best price-value ratio in the first place. What bugged me was the inability to seamlessly integrate any of the call tracking solutions (no name dropping) I tried before with my arguably complex product. With Phonexa, though, I could do it within a day and set the whole system up pretty quickly. Customer support was exhaustive and timely.
Price-wise, Phonexa is one of the most satisfactory call tracking services out there. It’s really beneficial to work with large call volumes, as it gets cheaper as you get more calls. The monthly fee doesn’t mean anything, as you don’t buy solutions like this to work a couple of leads or so.
I’ve been trying a few call tracking solutions with several companies, and Phonexa is definitely among the best. It does have a competitive price, but it’s also an all-encompassing solution, uniting call tracking, analytics, and distribution. This gives you a unique tool to not only track calls but also reassess your marketing campaigns to re-allocate the budget.
All other things being equal – and there are quite a few similarities between the leading call tracking solutions – you tend to choose the cheapest product. Mind you, the higher minimum monthly price is no indicator of how much you end up paying for call tracking services. With decent call volumes, Phonexa is way cheaper than other solutions, and it gets increasingly cheaper as you process more calls.
Some call tracking services require a lot of time to learn and get used to it. Phonexa is robust because it has a lot of functionality, but it also has a learning curve. I like the additional possibilities, but there is much to learn.
